Trainers
The highly qualified trainers of tennis club MAX PRO share their long-term experience with all tennis professionals and amateurs. The team is made up of coaches with a license from the Bulgarian Tennis Federation and registered in the Register of Coaches of the Ministry of youth and sport or with an international license after completing a coaching course. Periodically, our coaches participate in coaching seminars and conferences in order to improve their qualifications. This leads to the provision of professional training with already recognised and tested methods.
We offer opportunities to develop and strengthen qualities such as general physical fitness, coordination, concentration, mental resilience and personality formation.

Licensed and registered coach in the Coaching Staff Register at the MMC. With over 10 years of experience in this field.

Part of the coaching council of the Bulgarian Tennis Federation and head coach of the national junior team up to 18 years old.

International license from GPTCA - a coaching association certified by the ATP.

Assistant coach and sparring partner of the women's national team (Billie Jean King Cup) in 2011, 2012 and 2013.

Sparring partner of Tsvetana Pironkova (former number 32 in the international ranking for women - WTA) in the period 2008-2014.

Grozev worked with Kaloyan Dimitrov - multiple champion of Bulgaria under 12, 14 and 16 years old and with Daria Radulova – multiple champion of Bulgaria under 14, 16, 18 and women, semi-finalist of the Orange Bowl (unofficial world championship) under 14.

In the last 4 years, he has been the personal trainer of Adriano Dzhenev, Elizara Yaneva and Petya Arshinkova.

Adriano Dzhenev is the champion of Bulgaria under 12, 14 and 16; fifth place at the Under-14 World Team Championship, where he represented the team as the first racket; reached number 7 in the under-14 international rankings; reached number 15 in the under-18 world rankings; an integral part of the national teams of the respective age group; part of the extended squad of the men's national team (Daviscup).

Elizara Yaneva is the champion of Bulgaria under 16 in outdoor and indoor; runner-up for women in 2022 at the age of 15; part of the national side dishes in the relevant age group; reached number 79 in the world ranking for under 18s.

Petya Arshinkova is a multiple champion for women of Bulgaria; part of the national women's team (Billie Jean King Cup) in 2018, 2019 and 2020; third place at the European Under-18 Individual Singles Championship
Plamen Avuski
Plamen Avuski
Licensed and registered coach in the MMS Coaching Staff Register. Assistant coach of the national tennis team for girls and boys up to 12 years old.

He was in the top 5 in the rankings of Bulgaria under 12, 14, 16 and 18 years old.

Two-time champion of Bulgaria in doubles and two-time semi-finalist in singles for juniors.

He won the world famous international tournaments for children in Spain – Nike Junior Tour and Jordy Tour Circuito de Tenis.

He was ranked 63rd in the international ranking under 14.

Avuski continues his development in the USA. There, he became the all-time Saint Francis University record holder for 4-season wins. He is a two-time finalist and two-time semi-finalist in the Northeast Conference of the US College Championship, which brings together all the best university players.

His coaching experience includes stints at Silver Spring County Club (2017); TC Karatancheva (2022) and TC Dema (2022).

Avuski worked in California with Mikael Fernandez – currently with ATP ranking points; with Denislava Glushkova - multiple champion of Bulgaria under 12, 14, 16, 18 years and women, reached number 38 in the world ranking under 18 years and up to 485 for women (WTA).

He is fluent in English, Spanish and Russian.

Denis Kemal
Denis started playing tennis at the age of 8 in Asenovgrad. At 10, she continued her development under coach Milko Milev at Tennis Club “Loko 98”. Until the age of 14, she actively competed and was among the leading tennis players in Bulgaria in the U12 and U14 age categories.

At 18, she received an offer to join a newly established tennis club in Asenovgrad as a coach — marking the beginning of her professional coaching career. Later, she moved to Plovdiv, where she combined her university studies with her on-court coaching work.

She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and went on to complete a Master’s degree in School Sports. For more than 13 years, Denis has dedicated herself to the coaching profession, and for the past 10 years, she has also worked as a Physical Education and Sports teacher.

Today, she is part of the Max Pro Tennis Club team, where she shares her passion for tennis with children and helps guide their first steps in the sport.
Violina Mitrafonova
Violina Mitrafonova
She began her tennis journey in 2010, actively competing in regional and national tournaments as a registered player. From her earliest appearances, she stood out as an exceptional talent, winning multiple national titles and finishing ranked No. 1 in Bulgaria in her age group.

Between 2012 and 2019, Violina achieved an impressive series of results – dozens of first, second and third places at regional, national and international tournaments. She competed in numerous events from the Tennis Europe calendar, became champion at multiple national tournaments, won titles in both mixed doubles and girls’ doubles, and represented Bulgaria at the European Winter Cups.

In 2017, she reached No. 1 in the Bulgarian national ranking for girls under 14 and established herself as one of the most promising young tennis players in the country. She also competed at the World Interuniversity Championships in Paris (2023), Rome (2024) and Barcelona (2025).

Over time, her love for the sport naturally led her toward coaching. Even while still actively competing, Violina began assisting at the club and discovered her true passion – to become a tennis coach. Today, she shares her experience with great care, discipline and inspiration, believing that tennis develops character, perseverance and confidence – qualities that shape a person both on and off the court.
Georgi Dimenchev

Licensed trainer of the Bulgarian tennis federation category "C".

Registered in the register of coaching personnel of the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

Graduated from VIF "Georgi Dimitrov" in 1983 with majors in athletics and tennis.

From 1983 to 1985, he was part of the Center for Scientific and Applied Research in Sports.
From 1985 to 1986, he was the head teacher of the "Vasil Levski" Sports School, Plovdiv.
From 1986 until now, he has been a sports teacher at the Medical University of Plovdiv.

He has many years of experience in the organisation and management of professional sports.
Georgi Ganchev
Georgi Ganchev
He has been actively playing padel for more than a year, and during this period he has won 3 titles at the Gold level. Currently, he is ranked 10th in the Bulgarian padel ranking.

He has completed a coaching course at Paquito Navarro’s academy for Level 1 coach and is currently in the process of taking the final exam.

His goal is to share his passion for the game and help more people develop their skills, whether they are beginners or advanced players.
